GE appreciates the importance of protecting the community’s quality of life during the duration of this project and will work cooperatively with the U.S. EPA to achieve the standards as defined in the Quality of Life Compliance plan.

The Quality of Life Compliance Plan addresses routine control measures and standards for air, noise, odor and lighting, and specifies contingency response actions where necessary. Modifications to control measures and remedial activities will be implemented as needed to achieve the specific community health and safety standards defined in the Quality of Life Compliance plan.
